1. The tracking says my package was delivered but it never arrived

We apologize if you have not received your item as indicated.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it:
  Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:   Mailbox  > Porch   Garage   Any area out of potential weather hazards   Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed   Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
If it has been over 24 hours from the ‘delivered’ status, to save time a service request may be sent to the email to your local Post Office™ facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.

2. Why do I need to pay duty fees?

Duties and taxes are imposed to generate revenue and protect local industry. You generally have to pay them at the time of import, before the goods are released for delivery.

3. I am a size x in brand y, what size would you say I am in brand z?

That’s good that you actually know your size from that brand. So what we’re going to check is if you also have the same size for this brand because usually sizes arent really the same for most brands. Before placing the order, let’s check first the sizing and we’ll go from there, alright?

I really apologize for this inconvenience mam/sir. I understand how you would want to use this discount  code but unfortunately this code already expired and we can no longer apply the discount that you’re hoping for. How about this, I’ll find you a better deal that could still help you get a discount, how does that sound?

5. It is unacceptable that my package has not arrived yet, I want to send it back. (We can’t send it back, you need to return it yourself).

I apologize for this inconvenience sir/mam but Here’s what we can do to solve this issue:
First is you’ll have to wait a bit longer for the order to arrive. I understand how frustrating it is to wait for a package and not receive it within the expected date. If it still hasn’t arrived after the timeframe, you can actually file a claim 3 calendar days after the maximum estimated delivery date or 30 days after the order date, whichever is earlier.
Second is, we can ship a replacement order for you and If the original order arrives, you can arrange to have it returned to us.
Lastly, you can contact your shipping carrier
If an order is lost in transit or shipped to the wrong address, sometimes you can get help from your shipping carrier. If you purchased package tracking or insurance, the carrier might be able to help find the package or file an insurance claim. If you did not get tracking information, your carrier might have other options available to help find the package.
