1. The tracking says my package was delivered but it never arrived

That is a very good question by the way and we get that a lot from our loyal customers.  Just to let the consumers know, Duty fee is government and state mandated policy that we should imply for betterment of the states and the country. Therefore Duty fees wont go to the company itself but to the Government. Thank you for Understanding.

3. I am a size x in brand y, what size would you say I am in brand z?

4. I don’t care that the discount code is expired it was offered to me and I should be able to use it.

I Understand about your frustration right now. I’ve been a customer as well and I really know what it feels like to have an expired discount codes. On the other hand, our company have a strict policy stating customer cannot avail Discount if the code is already expired. However we would love to showcase the rest of our products so you can choose wisely and manage your finances.

5. It is unacceptable that my package has not arrived yet, I want to send it back. (We can’t send it back, you need to return it yourself).
